well im not 100% sure but im guessing if you tried syncing your iphone with your itunes then create a folder for all the photos to send to your iphone from your computer and vice versa then just save the picture into that and hey presto it should be on there, if not then im not sure what else to try because i dont have an iphone

well there is one other way i know it works with my ipod might work with the iphone if you zoom into the picture so it fills the whole screen then press the lock button and the home button (the circle with the square in the middle) that does a print screen of what ever you have on your screen then
