Description
As a hatchling, Kalithe was usually attracted to weather of all kinds. By far, he loved to sit out on the rocks while looking up into the sky, pondering what lied above the clouds. This love of storms carries over today, where he can be seen, during inclement whether, just happily staring into the sky.

This was one giant test that I think came out successfully :3 My goal was to devlop a moving piece, and I think that it worked Some people regard it as sad, while others think of him as having child-like innocence. I'll let you decide. Now, for the stuff I practiced in this:

Bright lighting
Atmospheric Effects (Haze, in this case)
Lined Style
Water reflection
Objective Lighting (Lightning is blue, so light cast is blue)
New positioning
Slightly more complicated environment
Water streaks/Watery environment
Non-straight horizon
