DANGIT DA! Quit relocating my stuff. This was made ENTIRELY in Adobe Illustrator, and uses a photograph for texture. It ain't a scrap, so quit messing with it.Again, not a horse.

And yes I know I misspelled Tutorial on the watermark
I've modified it because, using Illustrator, I do not have access to all the effects and filters of Photoshop. However I have vectors, and that makes everything good. Background texture is a photo taken by me.
Done in about an hour and a half, all with a mouse, for kicks.
Expect to see more cogs...

It's easy because you don't have to 'draw' anything- it's all shapes you can make with the shape tools, like circles, rods, borders and stuff.

It doesn't take as long as you'd think- because most of it is just copy-paste with a few alterations in between.
