This is a reference sheet I stole from and a lineart I stole fromCookie asked for a reference sheet for Bluey, Since Cookie is drawing her for me! ^-^
Programs used: MS Paint
Time taken: This isn't even applicable cause I had children trying to draw with me for the longest time. Lets just say 30 mins of actually filling the thing in, and 5 of filling in the cat. A good 30 mins of trying to find a good lineart that doesn't have a stupid thickness so I can fill it in... Lets just say an hour.

Nah, cat's can be blue. They can be gray with a blue tinge, but not blue.
(They just left! Now I am just hiding so I don't have to clean.)
