Here is the skirt version of the commission. Also, this lists the updated powers of Circuit Breaker! Below is the original description from my furaffinity.

It’s been almost two years since my last Circuit Breaker costume and power update. So, I thought I would go ahead and give her a small update. Her powers have gotten stronger over the last two years. In fact…it’s been altering her body some. Her eyes now give off an aura like glow as if they were lights themselves.

Even her saberfangs have become charged from the base and halfway to the tip. They give off the same blue faint glow. Due to her body getting use to the electricity in her body she has learned to produce even more and even stronger effects with her attacks. She realized she was also giving herself a bit of a bad image with the former outfit she was wearing due to the primal look she had. She changed her costume back but kept some of the additions such as the skirt she added.

She brought back her old boots and the knee guards as well. Also, she ended up with three lightning style rings that now near the end of her tail. She swapped out the twin maces as well and changed to a single larger mace. The ball of the mace looks like it has bolts sticking out of it in different directions. It appears to be stuck to the handle, however, there is a hidden button she can press which changes the mace into a flail, letting the head hang there by a chain.

There is also a hidden change going on near her back, the energy seems to be forming a type of light blue scar there. She has gotten a little worried that her powers might be getting to great or that it’s physically going to start changing her for the worst. She also started working out…even with super powers she wanted to get into shape. When she started as a heroine she was a little out of shape. Now, with two years straight of working out both her body and powers she is an in shape gal.

Her body is a little thicker in areas but that’s due to the new toned muscles as well as the build up of new powers. She certainly isn’t a muscle head but any time she is lifting some it’s pretty easy to see she has been training. Due to the changes happening to her body she has become more reclusive. She is basically stuck in her home and has to be very careful when she goes outside. She is currently working on controlling the glow that is coming from her eyes and saberfangs. She is still learning to be a heroine and do the right thing even after 4+ years.

New Powers:
Electricity Solidification – She has learned how to make her lightning attacks into a solid form. Meaning she can literally shoot a concentrated beam of electricity through objects as though it was a bullet or spear.

Electroreception – She has learned how to see beings even with her eyes closed. Due to the nature of living creatures generating their own electricity her eyes have learned to pick up those traits. She can literally spot creatures or beings through certain objects.

Electrical Force Field – She has learned to harness her electrical powers into a force field. She’s able to form a 180 degree shield, meaning it stops at ground level and forms a half sphere around her.

Electrical Immunity – As the name suggests she is now immune to electricity as a whole. Her body is always charged with it and she now absorbs the electrical shocks being thrown back at her rather than being hurt.

Storm Manipulation – (In process) She has realized her own powers are having an affect on the weather around her. So, she actively started to try to train when there were heavy thunderstorms about.

Her existing powers:
Electric Enhanced Condition: She's able to use her electrical powers to send the current through her body to help enhance her strength and reflexes...not to mention her mind seems to think much faster while using this power, however, she has to limit how long she runs it through her body or risk doing major damage to herself.

Electrical Telekinesis: She's now able to use her power of lightning to manipulate and move items around as though she had telekinesis..provided the target item has some sort of metal inside of it. Through this she has the powers of Attraction and Replusion.

Plasma Manipulation: She noticed one day while in a lab that when she was close to any type of plasma it seemed to bend and sway around her presence. She finally figured out how to manage and control plasma and has actively brought it into her lightning abilities. Giving her the ability to make a lightning ball that seems to be dripping electricity all over the place.

Super Strength: While Circuit Breaker's strength isn't as strong as Superman or others, she can certainly lift heavy objects now with ease and her physical strength seems to continue to grow. Despite her lightning powers being her true strength...she still prefers the old pummel and smash method to deal with most criminals.

Lightning Bolts: Her bread and butter attack when dealing with foes that really make her angry. She's able to shoot lightning straight from her paws, tail and legs at her opponents. She often builds up a charge before combat so she's ready to start throwing when the time comes.
