Description
The underground scientists who put his consciousness into a mask and gave him a giant arm learned pretty quickly what the first rule of bioengineering mutant creatures is, that of course being that you never give someone a giant arm and then put their consciousness into a mask.

Character design inspired somewhat by the BillyCrawshrimp cinematic universe, or for short, the BCCU. Didn't have a lot of time to finish this one as I'm currently moving so some parts are a little rushed, but just look at how cool he is!
