Bill has always been an opportunist - while he is always aiming for chaos, it's for his entertainment. He could not give a flying fuck who wins or loses, to him the whole War was just a win-win situation. A lot of entertainment either way. Why should he pick sides, when there's so much to enjoy being an outsider.

I'm... fairly happy about the art? Idk. I've been in a rut for a long time, I feel like I struggle with even the most basic things but I keep trying ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ In the bottom pic everything was painted, I didn't do clean lineart at all which was a big step for me. My favourite part is the light/shading on Hanninbal, as well the details on Bill's off-side. Top pic is more typical painterly thing of mine, doing lines and then filling it in. I was especially inspired by Fargonon 's entries for the Realm War; though all the art I saw during the RW was phenomenal and it was really fun to search for the pics through DA and see all the different entries people did!
