My idea for the full roster of a street fighter vs mortal kombat game. Each character opposite from each other are rivals.(Ex: Ryu-Ken/Scorpion-Sub Zero Chun-Li-Cammy/Kitana-Jade)

Actually, Kitana and Jade would not be rivals to Cammy and Chun Li. Sonya and Kitana would be their rivals. And Guile would be rival to Jax. Guile and Chun Li work together like Sonya and Jax... but i could see cammy being sonya's rivial while chun li is kitana's.
And while one could argue the Ryu/Ken and Subz/Scorp rivalry in terms of most popular chars/staple char, as far as role in the story is concerned, Ryu's rival would be Liu Kang. And with Ken, perhaps Lao or Cage.
