If not for technical problems, new works would have been already. It's bad that Paypal is a very bad office. I could already pay for the subscription. And get distracted from shitty reality. But since Ukrainian Paypal is Paypal of the second class of people. It is impossible to withdraw from deviantart to a card. and from it already pay for the software.
Devianart support has not written anything about this yet. And so far no one with a real paypal wanted to help
