Retiring the ref yet again
I hope this is less confusing than the other ones.
I may update this later with text instead of handwriting. (might allow me to fit more info into the sheet, too)

IMPORTANT NOTES:
+horns can be any shape, as can the tail fragments! Don't think you're limited to what shapes I've drawn on the sheet~
+Xeymni's tails are similar to a snake.
+Their fragments are not connected, but rather held together in the air by a natural state of magic (much like a heart beating, the magic is operating automatically and constantly) These crystals are what store their magic. The color decides their affinity with magic. (dull colors have less affinity)
+The more fragments on the tail, the "less" of the actual tail there will be. Simply put, more fragments means the actual tail part will be shorter. The fragments essentially take the place of where the regular tail would be.
+The color of the eye ring is a signal to the moral alignment of the person. If they are kind and selfless, their ring will be white. If they are sadistic and a murderer, their ring will probably be black. You can have a gray color if their moral alignment is complicated. The color of the eye ring can also CHANGE OVER TIME, it is not a set shade.

RARE QUALITIES:
+darker skin
+non-matching horn pairs
+more than two horns
+dull/muddy colors
+more markings/less markings than the usual hands, face, and tail
+more fragments on tail or horns/no fragments

Xeymni are human-like creatures who live in caves. Since they grow up and live where there is little light, their skin tends to be very pale. They have crystal-like fragments on their head and at the end of their tails. They are quite adept in magic, and when they use it, their fragments, eyes, and markings glow. Their bodies instinctively use magic (to produce this glow) when it is dark. Some Xeymni leave their caves during the day, some leave them completely to live among the rest of society, and some live their whole lives in the caves.

*Xeymni fragments are extremely valuable not only for their mineral value but for magical values. This is one of the reasons many of them stay in the caves, fearful of bounty hunters and the like that will kill them for their fragments.
