I do not know I would have almost guess the process how Hollow Ichigo might come to be so closely. The latest chapter of Bleach explain just why Ichigo would naturally have shinigami, hollow, fullbring, and quincy powers within him. Along with just why Isshin left Soul Soceity in the first place.Related content

cannot wait for more of the manga to come out, its killing me to find out what happens when Ichigo releases his newΒ banki since He has a different set of weapons with the same abilities, so it proberbly means that his banki is gunna look different too, also I'm hoping Ichigo uses the quincy side of his powers more as well as that will be interesting.

Personally I think Ichigo is currently using his Quincy powers but ways unique to him. Thus its not really coming off as the typical kind (before and after the Final Arc started).
Though one example I think of Ichigo using his Qunicy powers was when he crushed the arrow that shot at him. Why show a scene of him doing that if did not have a meaning for later (that or I could be reading too much into things)

...still makes no sense to me cause now ichigo is 1/4th hollow, 1/4th human, 1/4th quincy and 1/4th shinigami.... if this is the case why the hell hasn't he been able to use any quincy powers?

His shinigami powers could have been awaken by having Rukia's. His hollow awaken by almost becoming one himself. His vizard form coming from dealing with his hollow self, learning of Final Getsuga Tensho merging two halves together into one again. His Fullbring power helping to restore his powers what basically his new banki only level. Being contained by Qunicy barrier to awaken his own Qunicy powers thus rendering unable to contain him because he awaken them.
Basically each time he needed something to simulated the corresponding portion of his power directly so that he can use it. Being trapped in something design to keep in everyone but a Qunicy must have simulated his own powers thus he used them
