That's such a lovely idea! My snail died recently and we've kept it's shell and this would be such a nice thing to do it with! I can't crochet to save my life, but love the idea all the same lol <3

Oh, yes, that would be nice to do. I also have a big shell from a dead snail and was wondering if I should do this. If you can't crotchet, you could try to make a snail with any kind of modeling clay.

There is a crocheted piece wich goes into the shell and this one I glued to the shell.
