Costume post-note:

Lelouch's costume is partial tailored, partial hand made.

Pants/Cloak/Vest is tailored.
Others all self-made.
All choice of fabric is by self.

Alot of self-amendments were made after that.
In addition, all the maroon designs were traced and cut by velvet [thank god for none-fraying materials!].

The soft ruffle shirt gave me a tough time. I had a painful time with polyester dyeing which failed and prompted a search for a soft grey polyester because I think white is too stark on this costume.

Clamp draws the most impossible state of fabric/drape, I took hours to TRY to make and get the front ruffle to look...er..DECENTLY CLAMP.

I also made the staff for this cosplay which is not shown in this photo.
