NOTE:
Rendered in blender 2.79 cycles
Textures edited in photoshop cc 2017 and cs6
★If you want to make render in blender,it's better for you to use the unconverted.mesh/.ascii .
☆Again, alternative color textures inclued. Just decompress the "alternative_color_tex.7z" and copy+paste the textures you want to replace.
Don't forget to backup the original textures.

The .fbx works fine on my part. I find your node settings are not correct. The diffuse texture should be set to "color" but not "non-color".
And there is a mesh named "27_jacketenv_1_0_0". You'd better not display it , cuz this mesh is mainly used for XNALara.
Since I notice you're using blender, I'd like to recommend you import the unconverted_mesh.ascii for rendering purpose,for it has the correct bones rotation info.😃
