I was watching this guy: JSolorzanoArts1, on Youtube.
He did something very similar to this. I watched the whole: How to make a dragon baby (Corel Painer 12), and then I sat down for 6 hours and made this.
I didn't want my version to look exactly like his;
1: I don't do 'cute', and 2: It would be a violation against copy-rites blah blah blah..

I hope you like my version of it. The coloring went a bit crazy I know O.o, but I'm not used to doing digital art this way. Usually I do the colors from scratch as well, but this was just applying watercolors.
