Description "Large Celtic Knot" created with Quadrium2.

This is not a fractal, please move to another category.

One of the many fractal artists. Just trying to be helpful, read about the definition of fractals,
and you'll see why your deviation do not satisfy the requirements to be in this category.

Just the other day i had someone telling me that if it is made with a fractal program it is to be placed in the fractal category...it seams that opinions diverge all around!!! Where would you submit it?

Well, it seems like Quandrium can produce fractals, as well as other types of images. Your image is of the second kind.
How can I tell?
First, your image does not have details at every zoom level,
something that fractals have.
This implies that the Hausdorff dimension of your graph is 2,
rarely satisfied by fractals.

Secondly, a fractal is sort of a repeating pattern, but this pattern should appear in every scale, that is, the pattern should be visible, even if you zoom in arbitrary close in your picture.

Thirdly, I suggest you to just browse the fractal art gallery,
and you'll see that your piece is very different from the other pieces.

I agree with your opinion. I would personally feel it would be more suitable to put it under digital art, but as i've mentioned, in some groups they think Quadrium-fractal program=fractal art. I've been asked before to resubmit some works because their in the wrong folder, simply for that reason.
But i appreciate your input and clarification Per.
