Yes! Thank you! Klimt is buried in my subconscious, so not only do I intentionally do Klimtish things, I also, as in this one, emote a Klimtish vibe when I’m not aware of it! Actually I love orientalism, because of its richness and I’m a sucker for detail. Thanks so much for sharing your thoughts with me.

You have so cleverly analysed the style of the figure you've used here and have reflected the style throughout your whole piece, this is fantastic! The line work in the top right works with her stringy, sketchy hair; the colours bounce and enhance the warm patches in the woman's face, and the wonderfully crafted blue leaf behind the figure connects her to the background elements. So well thought out, great work as always!
