Yep! I used to live on a chicken farm. The Hens only have one hole. The Rosters only have one hole and a penis. Also birds don't have bladders, they don't pee.

mammals give live birth and thus need all that biological stuff we mammals need.
birds lay eggs, and thus don't need stuff like vags(or the kind mammals have). they just need to lay the egg and keep it warm while the chick grows inside the egg while outside the body. sooo...birds just use one hole for both pooping and laying eggs.

I like how Rose's hair is all pointy and cute. Their faces look really flat (As in dimensions, not expression) somehow but not in a bad way, more like a stylistic way...? Rose's face looks kind of...perturbed (I guess? That's the best word I can think of for it.), while Davesprite looks totally complacent, haha. The attention to color is very effective, and the detail on Davesprite's wings adds a lot of life to them.
