The soft watercolor style creates a kind of intimacy here, as does what's happening. I can practically hear Dororo chattering away as they do. "Here, let me help. I have something that'll work better than that string you were using before. You won't have to worry about it snapping and letting everything get in the way like this morning. Now hold still, this won't take long." And Hyakkimaru's just letting it happen 'cause what else is there to do when Dororo wants their way? XD
