i belive so.
i personally see max as like having the mentality of a 5 year old, he is meant to be young. so thinking of him as sexualized is a bit wrong in my mind XD

he is always okay to be friends with the other dino soosh, even though i dont know the owner.

okay, i was just wondering
i'm pretty sure they were intended as young with the old owners too
but they weren't really like "sexualized"
it was like when 2 little kids think each other are cute
like when i was in kindergarten there was a boy Dylan who thought i was pretty so he gave me his sisters jewelry
his sister found out and i had to give it back, but then his sister and mom bought him beads and stuff and he made me a necklace to keep

I don't know who the other owner is now either, it was ohkoko but then they traded them for a fishling i believe
and i think the person they traded them to used them as trade fodder
