For originality I'm just giving you the full stars because I haven't seen anyone doing an AU where pink diamond is outright evil no matter what the reasoning is for it. The designs you've given the gems in this AU are also so unique and, for Pink Diamond, really drives in the imperial-esc?? general tone for "fulfilling her purpose." I'm also going to give you pretty high stars for impact computationally because while the panels of the comic flow nicely but also have some creative divisions (the split in half one for pearl and sapphire) I hope you keep on thinking of new neat ways to vary your paneling because it's quite nice. This also goes for expressions which you do a great job with in my opinion!
The places that could use some work, which I think is more technical, would be in the background art and making the text pop out from it. I know the ship location they are in has the simple colors, but a gradient into maybe a slightly hue shifting tone, or changing the color for really important panels(maybe like black for the one with the split division sapph and pearl are in to make it seem they're really in their own head or the moment is incredibly dramatic) could work great. Also perhaps bordering your text with some color that could work for all of them would allow it to be read easier since pink diamond speaks in a grey that's incredibly close to the background in these panels.
Also, the gem shards Pink is scattering did have unique shapes, but could have looked more like shards in my opinion. I'd say adding an outline of white from where the light source was coming from as well as one or two specs of white could have done it, so make it seem like it's shining but the shattering left a few pieces of dust.
For vision I'm just going to use it as an overall score of four stars. You seem to know where you're taking this AU and i'm excited to see what's next! I hope my critique is helpful to you in any way and if you need me to explain anything i said feel free to let me know

i really like that you shaded using that chalkier brush and how dramatic the lighting was to fit the scene,, it adds dimension to the drawing imo

Okay so I'll be another person who says that the shading is just awesome because it is

The shading is good! However it's hard to see the text >< the colours don't clash good with the background and green text
But other than that it's great!
