Had the mesh smoothing up to high again, but I can't tell until after 7 hours of render time.(to low an she's poking through dem clothes)not an easy fix.

I can believe that. and as for the shirt... would a flexible frame set work instead of the boob pockets? just to make the form more realistic in clothing

(this coming from a guy that knows nothing on 3D image framework)

My best solution would've been to take the shirt texture an overlay it on her skin texture in photoshop.(it would look painted on).Not sure if it would've been worth it though for a few seconds of animation.
