Glad you find it useful. It is still the simplest way to make shiny stuff so far. Try different combinations of colours, and you can get other materials. Fun to explore.

Hm....after 800 drawings I still come back to this one often to remind myself how to draw gold. And it works. So happy to have learned this so long ago.

Very nice. I wonder if a smudge brush would smooth out the speckles. I'll have to try this.

My first try didn't work.
I need to find the right brush to apply the colors with and then the right smudge brush.
The smudge brush does smooth it out. But it's tricky to get it right.
I will share if I can get it to work.

Frankly any brush with speckles work. Just gives you different textures. With spray you get very smooth gold! Go play and share what you discover with the different brushes.
