So between successive hurricanes and working overtime at my job, I just barely banged these out. Oh the lofty plans I originally had /SHAKES FIST/ While I was initially stoked about rendering that money-shot in the middle, alas I stuck to flats, but I still think it's pretty :3
Philippa loves a challenge, so naturally the giant mountain goat wanted to tackle the mountain. Nate also let Fetch do his thing, but by 'his thing' that meant meticulously inspecting each antler for just the right color and shine XD

Haha, I love Fetch's attention-to-detail, and Philippa desire to take on the mountain! Nate really did have the perfect two Poke'mon for this challenge. The trees and the sun up the mountain are amazing, even without them reaching your full expectations.

Damn Kan I so love getting to see your art! You're so right, the money shot there is so sweet, even without a full rendering and the light from that sun over the trees is just beautiful. Nate's dynamic with his pokemon is so sweet, especially with little Fetch. I can't wait to see more of Nate as the tournament goes along, you've got a whole Nate fanclub here with the Hurricane Displacement Squad.
