Just run, jump, and don't forget to flap your wings--
Lately I haven't been too happy with the art I have been producing. Sometimes I feel it lacks something, and if I feel that way, it's probably not too interesting for you guys either. So I decided to try something different, jumping out of my comfort zone by exploring different ways to colour shade and different poses. I usually always have a more interesting idea then how the final outcome looks with most my work, but shy away from it because I don't feel its achievable xD.
Proved myself wrong with this haha.
It's not much, but I'm happy with it at least c:
Hopefully see more interesting stuff like this in the near future.

I love the expression on his face. Like he's instantly regretting having jumped off the cliff at all and is thinking something along the lines of "what on Earth am I doing!?". XD
The little details like bits of grass and loose feathers flying through the air add to the sense of movement and makes me picture the whole action from the gryphon bounding up to the cliff edge to the point where he's leapt into the air. This picture makes me giggle!
