Sometimes one wish might try to fulfill both... by making some compromises...
It might also add some personal touches as well

You always get what is meant by gender change, not soul/spirit change, but genitalia/appendage change, with girlfriend's and wives either fully transformed or at least partially-transformed by way of their genitalia/appendage, boyfriend's and husband's always Zip find their place, in their newfound womanhood, wearing the dress.

Well, they're definitely going to be very happy. Though I am curious as to how the two wishes mixing together would result in... On second thought, I guess watching his girlfriend being intimate with another woman might be where the wish got the idea of giving her the extra equipment in addition to the boost in height and muscles.

Don't forget the part where his wish has him hardly doing anything besides just watching while actively doing nothing to either woman. Combine that with her wish to be the taller one in the relationship and he effectively becomes the "another sexy woman" by default. It looks like she did also wish for more muscles but still. Some one has to receive his former equipment so it might as well be his/her brunette girlfriend. The decision was probably helped by his opinion of what the "another sexy woman" should look like. Anyway, I really hope that helps clarify what I was trying to say earlier.
