I suppose this would be a stupid question but how do you get the clothes to fit over the larger sizes? I have tried the fitting room and custom morphs but it always fails.

I think magnets and a steady hand with the morph tool is good for a lot of it. Generally I use dynamic clothes though. If there's a conforming outfit I was to use I'll export it as an .obj and then import it as a prop. A lot of times that won't work because of layers or something like that on the conforming clothes but it works enough that I can usually find something to use.
