This looks almost exactly like the Amphibicar, only with a hard top roof.

Hmmm... I wouldn't quite say it resembles the Amphicar. I can see why you're saying it, though, with the pointy bonnet, but it looks rather different from all other angles...
I would have liked seeing one there, though, but I guess it's rather rare nowadays, the Amphicar...
