Anyone familiar with Next Top Model knows that the makeover episodes are always infamous. The first round follows that format. Hanako's makeover was as follows:

Hair: Long and layered

Top: Plain white scoop neck long sleeve shirt

Bottom: Plain tight black mini skirt

Shoes: Black pumps

LOOK AT HOW PRETTY SHE LOOKS. This may become a permanent look for her She was VERY relieved they didn't make her cut her hair, she has been growing it most of her life after all

And yes, those marks are all her tattoos. She's a bit of a rebel.
