I'm back with another edit! This time is Ruby Rose

---Remember everything from here on is my personal opinion---
I honestly like Ruby's v7 design: it has similarities to previous Ruby models and it doesn't give any problems when translating from 2D to 3D as some other models do. I don't see either any technical issue on the 3D model (apart from the shoulder-armpit thing but that's something common on all models, in fact Ruby's model conceals it with her cape, which is really nice!) so yeah, nothing to say on that matter.
I am not a fan tho of the mesh she wears over her shirt and under her corset (again, this is my own opinion). And I'm kind of conflicted because I love the new badass-punk aesthetic but I kinda miss the old Rwby's redhood-cute aura, I understand it's because now she's more mature, I guess is just a nostalgia thing with me.

---About the edit---
As I've said before I don't see any technical issue with the model so these two edits are just stylistic redesigns for fun. Why two? Because I couldn't decide which pattern I liked the most.

->Edit 1:
- I think is pretty clear but on this one I went for a reference to vol's 2 alternative design (shirt and skirt and the skirt is a reference to the lower part of her dress). I liked those designs a lot and I think it was a bit of a shame we didn't saw them much.
- I took inspiration from Devola and Popola (NieR) and Minstrel Red Riding Hood (SinOAlice).
- The corset was an amalgam of corsets I found on internet. I added the rose pattern to add a small pinch of that bright red that is characteristic of Ruby.
-Note: I've been told before uploading that her chest seems bigger in the edit. It's not! It's a visual effect produced by the shadows (the shadow is much more visible in white than black). I've followed the line of her shirt from the armpit instead of the corset so it's in fact slightly smaller.

->Edit 2:
-I kept her original skirt and recolored it in black, reminiscing Ruby's first design, in which black had much more relevance.
-I decided to put the detail on the pants instead of the corset, I colored the pants in a darker red in order to avoid too much contrast with the skirt. I added the bright red to the detail instead. I went for a thorn pattern instead of a flower one.
- I made her hair longer, still layered, but longer. I like short-haired Ruby but I know there are people who want to see her with longer hair. And because there's not much difference between edit 1 and edit 2, I went for it.

---About me: Why this took so long---
I'm sorry for the people who followed me when I uploaded the Weiss redesign. I've had some personal problems and I'm currently on a dark stage in my life, I've had it worse but still. I didn't have much time nor energy to dedicate to these edits and work was my top priority. I appreciate all the support given on my last edit and I'll try to have next one ready faster than this one. I also have a 3D model of my OC in progress.

As always tell me in the comments what do you think and remember to be respectful with each others opinions. Do not repost without permission. I take suggestions into consideration too, even if it's not 100% sure I'll do it right now I might do it in the future, so if you want to see some character edited tell me too!
Also I'll probably open my commission slots soon so stay tuned.
