Tanks so mutch ^^..This work was very difficult because i don't use the graphic table for the sketch , I wanted to do it on paper and then i scan it.. the result is better 
Then i try to use the reflections but it be a disaster!So I deleted that level XDXD
But Anyway i'm satisfied...
