Here's where the "magic" part comes in! Sadly I don't have Photoshop nor do I know how to use special effects, so I had to improvise with Kisekae's built-in glow effects (the stuff you can add around a character). It doesn't look very pretty, but I think it's clear enough what it's supposed to be.
