The pose in this is so innocent and cute, she looks startled by something. The colouring is quite good too, you've given her an almost water colour effect of colouring, with suits the picture. For some suggestions, try making the lines a little thicker (working with layers often helps) and resize it down on photoshop before submitting - unfortantly, pictures as this big a DPI are easily swiped by art thieves, so be sure to protect your work.
