This is such an old picture... from 2004.
This is Link (from the all time favorite, Legend of Zelda series... mainly Ocarina of Time) as a Dragoon. Which means to most people "a dragon that is very huamn like". As it can stand upright and do many things that humans normally do, or can, at rare times, go back to the old faxion four-leg mo-teave.

Wow, this is better than good. I really like it, though the towel like the older times in century over his *censor is sort of unnecessary, especially for a dragon, or "dragoon", but I like it
