This photo (not a veteran photographer myself) is really artistic. Think of it this way. The main stress in the photo is the flower but the flower petals itself have little detail or prominent feature so the next thing is the pollen. They are fully captured with each detail while the petal is SLIGHTLY blurred and the background; a pink background with the black stem really complements the rest of the photo. Over all it is a complete work which looks natural and not fabricated. Good work
