I love this! I have never taken the droplet photos. I imagine they can be frustrating at times. I like the crispness of the droplets and how it fades out towards the end of the dandelion.

It looks like the end stage a dandeloin goes through before spreading it's seeds...not sure if it has a name. Wonderful shot either way. Those droplets must be pretty light to not effect it in any way.

and i use the normal canon 18-55 mm kit lens
but for this photo ( and most of my other photos as well ) i used a close up lens that you put on your normal lens to achieve a macro effect

How have I never heard of that?!?!?, every1 tells me I have to buy a real macro lens to take macro... -.-

well it doesn't really replace a macro lens
of course you can take better photos with a macro lens but i don't have the money to buy one and i am quite happy with my closeup lens since i only paid 20β¬ for four of them and with a little bit practice you can creat nice macro photos with them ^_^
