What settings do you use to get the dawn/dusk colors and night colors? I've played around with the filters and hues but they still don't look right.

well I don't really use one filter. I used MANY different screengrabs for referencing to get the daytime colors and once I got those down I darkened them and lowered the contrast slightly and then ill go into color balance and add a little more cyan or blue (don't really remember, maybe both?) and maybe even magenta?? When I feel most of the PELT colors look decent (sometimes i have to adjust a character or two since some will come out too blue or purple, namely kovu since hes already so red and dark.) ill go in and alter their other colors so they match their new pelt colors better i.e. muzzle, mane, tail, nose etc... One thing ive learned from looking at those screengrabs is the darker colors such as around the eyes and manes you will actually lighten and desaturate a bit and make more blue/cyan as the day gets darker. The reason for that is because if I just darkened them they would all come out pretty dark, almost black. its all about using the colors. kovus mane for example i lightened it and its less saturated and has a more cyan color to it, giving it the appearance its darker without actually making it so dark. its a long process lol I hope that helps and makes sense XD
