Actually, Sagaras only attack spell is lightning. He's more a user of supportive magic (telekinesis for lockpicking, healing spells, magic shield etc). Since I already painted lightning spells twice in the last time, I went for those white blue flames, but it's more an optical choice. Maybe that's what his attack spell looks like before it develops to a real lightning. Or it's just some fancy light to brighten his way.
