A rusty bin that I saw walking down the street one day....obviously it was me doing the walking, not the bin...

That's a nice one. If I weren't so crap at photography I'd have done a photographic history of the town's litter bins! There are so many different ones (god how sad does that sound).
D'you think the concave figure is due to being hefted up onto binmen's shoulders in days gone by?

I think a history of the town bins would have been great, but I did do a project entitled '50 cracked paving slabs', so I would like that idea! I'm glad too, the cracked slabs are by the IBM building that's being renovated so they will be gone forever soon. Will show you the book sometime (I bound them) they are quite beautiful. I also mounted 49 of the pics on a piece of foamboard (could not put the 50th one in, it just wouldn't work!)

I'm sure someone somewhere has done an alphabet of cracked paving slabs (or if not, they should), there's definitely one with a good K along the front of the Midpoint building.
