What coloring?
I am using standard brushes in ps: watercolor brush, hard round and airbrush pen opacity flow. + bucket fill on the outlines I draw to fill it in with black.
Also layer adjustments such as screen, overlay etc. So here's nothing I can do a tutorial on.
All is drawn by hand. Simply drawn.. With no use of any secret techniques

This is really cool, and I love the hair. Just one question-Have you ever seen the cartoon Kim Possible? Because the green coming from the hands, and the black hair kinda makes me think of She-Go. And if you changed the white parts of the outfit to green it would be like She-Go got a new outfit.
