awwwww thanks!!! like 90% of the art I do will either be star trek or Wolves haha. yes I do intend to continue with art. I'm in a big star trek roleplay on tumblr, and sometimes post drawings of my vulcan/Bajoran character If you're interested: [link]

Sweet I like your RP blog I notice that your OC looks just like you Besides how do you RP on Tumblr? I've always been interested in RPing my Android OC, Catherine Evergreen, on Tumblr but I don't know where or how to interact with Star RPers on the site.

It's awesome how this one is done- You tag "star trek rp 2013" and your location, which there is a masterpost for what the location tags are. And you interact with others in your location! Its like a free, open RP to just mingle and develop characters in the ST world!

Well, thats why im trying to advertise for more people. haha. At first there were like 70 people who wanted on board but now theres only like 15. Hopefully more join as word spreads. Most people are on DS9. lol. Always tag "star trek rp 2013" with every thing too so people can see who's where. I hope more join!!! Glad you've started though!!!

I would like to RP on DS9 except the thing is I don't know the series that well. I only recognize the characters but that's about it

Nope, just a tag. You don't have to be on DS9, you can be on any planet Even the enterprise. Not sure if there is anyone else there yet though, thats why im trying to get more people so every location has people in it!

When you mean location do you mean like planets or star ships? Or are you referring to our real life locations such as a RPer living in the U.S, China, Canada, etc?

The star trek location. the masterpost has all the tags for the locations. for example, if your character was on vulcan, slong with the tag "star trek rp 2013" you would also tag "st rp vulcan"

Is it a hobby of yours too!? How cool!!! Oh man, stuff i did, like as short as a month ago, looked nothing like what i'm doing now. If it helps you at all, i'm using GIMP. It's free and the second i went to Gimp from photoshop, my stuff instantly started to look better and better! just gotta keep practicing!

I use MyPaint for panting. Sometimes I use Gimp, but MyPaint is exclusively for painting and drawing, so I find it better - more brushes options.

Unfortunately, I have very little time to practise and draw. And recently I spend more of the little time I have on traditional painting - watercolours

How cool! I'll have to check mypaint out. I'm getting a tablet soon so I have no idea if my stuff will get amazingly better or not haha.

I wish I was better with REAL paint. Now those people, that don't have an UNDO or ERASE button have some crazy awesome talent!

Oh, yeah, I'm working on a tablet. I don't think I could work with a mouse. It's too inconvenient.

Also, when you buy a tablet, if it's a good one, there should be some painting program included, too. It was with mine, but I don't use it, as it doesn't run on Linux.

I can't wait to get one. I've been told the wacom tablet is one of the best, so thats what i'm getting. (Actually a friend is giving it to me so no money spent on my part ;D)

I'd looove to use linux, but my computer is near death anyway so a transition like that would kill it. haha

I have a Wacom too. It's fantastic! I'm sure you'll enjoy working on a tablet too

A light Linux distribution could actually help the computer survive a bit longer But for that, one has to be a bit experience to know what to use and how.

Yay i'm glad it IS good!
I've tried it before, and I adored the set up and style of linux. It's so pretty and it makes so much sense. But i'm far from experienced lol
