Description
A teacher of martial arts, Elliot have his own school in the city and one day he decides to go to Norsville high to invite the students to join to his dojo. He meets Renata and her dad Randy, there he inmediatly recognized his face and some of the stories that his father told him, Mac Antfee. When he was a kid, Mac Antfee used to tell him how cool and awesome was to be the ninja and how he promised that when he got tired or old enough he will give the mask to him. He told him so many stories that he got obsessed too and got impantient to have the mask one day. But when Randy erased his father's mind,( kimcartoon.me/Cartoon/Randy-Cu… (first episode)) and left with the mask; Elliot got crazy, all that power that his father promised him were snatched; but after he looked at Randy at the camp and when Mac Antfee went to his highschool and the ninja shower up years ago, he made his own conclusions and got the idea that Randy was the ninja.
He decided to fight him, even tho Randy told him he didn't knew what he was talking about; then in the middle of the fight the real ninja showed up and beated him. Now he won't rest till he gets the mask that according to him, by right belongs to him.

Making some things clear:
- since Elliot saw that Randy and the ninja are a different person u left Randy alone.
-of course Randy knows what its Elliot talking about, but he wont tell secrets XD
-He doesn't know that Renata is the ninja so he doesn't go after her.
-Elliot it's an oc, hes not part of the RC9GN cast, but let's imagine that he was in the episode of the camp
