She was cloned many times in a attempt to harvest this mutation. The government had to shut down the research facility she was in and destroy everything. During this time she escaped and made her way to Seattle where she took up being a Shadowrunner. She now goes by the alias Kira Pewpew (killing shot). (Shadowrun is a table top RPG)
