Cool! I like the composition, very interesting and engaging with a great sense of speed. Your proportions look good, and you did a great job on the foreshortening. Great use of value changes to show the planes and contours of the body. That's a sterling piece of work! Flat out gorgeous!

Thanks for your feedback, much appreciated. It was based on a series of photos when I visited the Morgan motors factory in Malvern earlier last year; changing a static car in a car lot to one in the wet at speed with the Malvern Hills in the background was quite a challenge. It was my first car painting in oil, my others were in acrylic. Oil is so much easier compared to acrylics! I've taken break from cars as commercially the pictures are not as popular as the figurative stuff.

You're welcome! And yes, i switched from doing cars in acrylics to oils and found oil much easier as well. It's too bad people do not want to buy more car art!

I am trying some auctions that deal with Classic Cars and automobila. At least targeting enthusiasts may lead to some success.

I hope you have success with that. I am going to try to get into Legacy Motors in Chicago. They are the largest art gallery dedicated to car art.
