He can fly with the harness. Where I hold has elastic parts so it will not hurt him just make him come back my way or fly in circles.
It doesn't bother him. He likes it. And The brand I got worked hard to make it as comfortable for the bird as possible. Most times Eclipse doesn't even notuse its on.

i just saw some parrots getting harnas training on lil youtube film, it's wonderfull that way you can train your bird and take him out with you safely

Yep. Got it off Amazon. The Aviator harness and leash. The smallest you can get is cockatiel size. But it comes with a dvd to show how to get it on and all that. Its very cool
