I hold my head in my hands and wait for the room to stop spinning.
  I can’t believe what just happened.
    What I just said to you, how you looked at me.
       I hurt you because you hurt me.
         I took it too far.
Your mouth open, my eyes watering.

        I used to tell you that I loved you, you used to reply.
           Now all I see is pain, pain I caused.
I hate myself for it.
   You hate me for it.
     It came out of nowhere, you were the hurtful one, and I was passive.
       Oh but that, now that was aggressive.
How could you?
  How could I?
     I look in the mirror and I don’t see me, I see what you made me.
       And I hate me.
