Krakow nice but for me only Old City - as usually ordinary city...
Warsaw is beautifull, colorfull and have great history (for me of course).
you should live here to feel this climate, trust me.
Until I lived in Poznan I hate Warsaw, I think the people are arrogant, still think about earns money...but I change my opinion when I get to there
