Really cute! This is probably an unpopular opinion, but Angelica's my favorite Rugrat. Angelica may have been a tremendous brat, but she always made me laugh.

Gotta say, Angelica wears that chibi anime style like she was born for it!
She was my favorite, probably because most of the time she was the villain of the story and she reveled in it, until karma hits her in the face.
