I probably won't make a tutorial as I sell these from time to time! it also requires a lot of money and experience in resin to make the stones, most of which someone wouldn't be using for just one project. If you don't want to purchase a full necklace from me, I can sell you one of the lightning resin stones and briefly explain to you how I did the rest. (The stone would be $5, and has the silver backing to make it shine, and is sealed).

I'm not sure what you mean...? The "metal findings" are somewhat technical terms for what makes something a necklace, such as the jump rings, chain, and clasps. Is that what you mean? XD
