Okay, so, maybe you didn't draw the lineart, but the colouring of this is just so fff'ing.
I really like how you shaded Lugia. The soft shadows but stark highlights really give the feel that he's like . . . not exactly rubbery, but it gives Lugia that Lugia texture! I can't explain it better than that! xD
I love how you can paint. The colours you use are so neutral and they always fit.

Thanks Seaweed. I always felt that Lugia would have the texture of an eel; not rough, but not smooth and sleek like a dolphin.
